The following are the price ranges for cleaning typical homes on
regular, bi-weekly basis:Payment is due in full upon completion of
work,

Studio: $55-$60

One/ two bedroom apartment/ House : $65-$80

Two/ Three bedroom apartment/ House: $80-$90 House

(less than 2500 square feet): $90-$120 House

(2500 -3500square feet): $110-$150 House

(3500 - 5000 square feet): $130-$200

SPECIAL SERVICES: Ranging from $5 - $40 per service (refrigerators,
ovens, windows & patios) Laundry - $20/hr - Sorry, no ironing. Ask
for estimates.

ORGANIZE MY CLUTTER: Services & Fees:

I can organize just one small area of your home, or the entire home!
Most people start with one area, such as the kitchen or the home
office, and then move on to another area of the house.

Closets, Pantries, and Other Heated/Cooled Areas: $25.00 per hour plus
cost of supplies

Cost of supplies refers to any bins, shelves, hangers,and/or label tapeI need to buy. I can give you an idea of what I might need before I
buy anything.

Attics, Garages, Basements, and other Non-Heated/Cooled Areas:
$30 +/hour plus cost of supplies.

I can help with organizing your garage, basement, attic, storage shed,
etc., but if it is an un-heated/cooled area, the work will be much
harder, and thus, the rate is a bit higher.

CONCIERGE SERVICES: Concierge services are separate from House
cleaning and organization services

Business office hours are 8:00am –6:00pm Monday –Friday, and 9:00am
–4:00pm on Saturday. For all services

Services may be negotiated beyond normal business hours

ERRANDS:

Drop off or pick up dry cleaning

Take car in for emissions testing, mechanical service and maintenance,
or for wash and detailing

Take items to post office or courier serviceformailing

Transport pets to and from the vet and groomer

Take lunches and books to kids at school

Drop off or pick up prescriptions

Purchase, wrap, and deliver gifts to friends and family

Pick up and deliver trays of food for meetings at your office or small
parties at your home

SHOPPING SERVICES:

Gift shopping

Gift wrapping

Grocery shopping

Back to school shopping

Returns and exchanges

Ordering flowers for delivery


OTHER SERVICES:

Meet vendors such as the cable company, plumbers, and electricians at
your home for services,installations,or deliveries

Bill paying

Assist with house guest needs

Address and mail greeting cards or invitations



Membership Packages

Basic Package:

$110 per month (Save $11) Includes up to 4 hours of Services,. Any time over the initial 4 hours will be charged at
the a la carte rate. No unused hours may be carried over.

Plus Package:

$220 per month (Save $22) Includes up to 8 hours of Service,
. Any time over the initial 8 hours will be charged
at the a la carte rate. A limit of 1 hour may be carried over to the
next month and must be used within that month.

Premium Package:

$420 per month (Save $34) Includes up to 15 hours of Service, Any time over the initial 15 hours will be
charged at the a la carte rate. A limit of 2 hours may be carried over
to the next month and must be used within that month.

A la Carte Pricing

Most services are charged at $30 per hour, plus any actual costs. Any
time over one hour is charged in 20-minute intervals. More than one
task may be combined into an hour. There is a minimum 20-minute charge
for services.

grocery shopping, services are charged at
different rates. Please see below.

Grocery Shopping Services:

Grocery Shopping Rate: $20/hour with a $20 minimum charge.

The grocery shopping rate includes one store, and the cost is
$20/hour. If it takes me less than 1-hour to complete the shopping
trip, the rate would be the $20 minimum charge.

Additional Stores: $5 per additional grocery store in addition to the
hourly rate

For example, some clients like us to buy most of their groceries from
a less expensive grocery store, but prefer their produce to come from
a specialty organic store.I charge$20 per hour for the entire time
spent shopping, and each additional store I visit incurs an additional
$5 charge.



Payment:

All monthly membership packages will be billed on the first of each
month, along with any overages and actual costs from the prior month,
and shall be due no later than the fifteenth of the month. I take cash, Checks, Or I can set you up on a quick pay account.

All house cleaning, grocery shopping and organizing services, Payment will be due that day.
